Buddy #2 – 200 Run
Switch only after each person completes their task. 
Each battle buddy needs to complete 5 rounds
5 burpees at each switch
then


1 Mile Weight Vest Run (alternate laps)

then

5 Rounds
1 Ground to Overhead (very heavy)
1 Body Builder
1 Ground to Overhead (very heavy)
1 Pull Up
1 Ground to Overhead (very heavy)
1 Burpee Pull Up

Buddy #1 – Completes one round
Buddy #2 – Completes 20 push ups
