Warm Up:

Ladder Up with following multipliers for each exercise

1 Burpee – Increase by 1 (up to 10)
2 Toe Touch Crunches – Increase by 2 (up to 20)
3 Mountain Climbers (2ct)- Increase by 3 (up to 30)

(2nd Round = 2 Burpees, 4 Toe Touch Crunches, 6 Mountain Climbers -2ct)

(3rd Round = 3 Burpees, 6 Toe Touch Crunches, 9 Mountain Climbers -2ct)

40 Walking Lunges
50 Jumping Jacks (or Jump Rope)
15 Push Ups (Ground Thumpers)
20 Squat Jumps
30 Alpine Climbers (2ct)
