  3. 7 Burpees

Part 2

  1. 7 Deadlifts
  2. 7 Bentover Rows
  3. 7 Hang Power Cleans

REST 2 MINUTES

Part 3

  1. 7 Dips (Ground Thumpers)
  2. 7 Pushups
  3. 7 Pullups (Banded or 30-45 second Bar Hang)

2 MINUTES REST

Part 4

  1. 7 Cossack Squats (L/R = 1)
  2. 7 Goblet Squats with Sandcake
  3. 7 Jumping Lunges (L/R = 1)
