If you are testing, be ready for 5:45am!

Regular class will be scheduled for 6am as normal.

Warm Up: Partner: 200M BearCrawl/200m Burpee Broadjumps


400 run (parking lot)
30 Front Squats (medium ligth weight)
30 Squat Jumps
30 Pushups

20 Presses
20 Walking Lunges (2ct.)
20 Bicep Curls

400run
10 Front Rack Reverse Lunges
10 Body weight Get Ups
10 Bodybuilders

Rinse and repeat
