Starting on your back, do a V-up, then everyone rolls to their left via a superman position…don’t let your knees or elbows touch the ground while rolling. Do another V-up, then everyone rolls to their right…you should be back where you started. Keep going. 20 Second on 10 Seconds off for 4 minutes.
