*The Man Maker is with two dumbbells in hand, down to a plank, row left, row right, push ups, jump feet in, squat clean and thruster.

*Remember, scaling a workout can be done in volume, aka reps, or weight. Man Makers can be scaled down to doing the squat clean thruster with a single dumbbell.
