5 Rope Climbs

50 Hang Power Snatch 115/75

5 Muscle Ups, or modified MP

50 Thrusters 115/75

*Sled Weight, one plate for each partner. 45/35. In teams of three, two of the patterns can be pulling the sled at a time.

*Reps are divided as needed. One partner works at a time. In teams of three the rep count should increase from 50 to 75 reps per exercise.
