17 Deadlifts (165/115)(105/75)
76 Walking Lunges (2CT)
17 Front Squats
76 Med Ball Sit Ups
17 Bentover Row (115/75)(85/50)
76 Burpees
17 S2OH
76 Alpine Climbers (2CT)
17 Upright Row
76 Squat to Walk Out Push Ups

Each Buddy completes 17 reps of all barbell exercises, but share 76 reps of each body weight exercise

One works, one rests (except for the 400m Run)
