Rx 200 Push Ups

Scaled 200 Band assisted Push Ups

SCALED Scaled 100 Box Push Ups

WOD:

Continue the following pattern until Minute 12

From 0:00-3:00

   2 rounds of:

   10 overhead squats 95/65

   10 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 3:00-6:00

   2 rounds of:

   12 overhead squats

   12 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 6:00-9:00

   2 rounds of:

   14 overhead squats

   14 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Etc., following same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds. 

Rest for the remainder of the 3 minutes should you complete the two rounds. If you don’t complete your reps, then move to the next 3 minutes and drop your reps by 2. All athletes will compete through the 12 minute mark.
