“2 for 1 Special” (With a Battle Buddy)


1:1 until you reach 113 Up Downs (thank you Allen and Jenny)


Battle Buddy 1 – Starting with a stack of 2 sand bags; run 100 yards with one of them and drop the sand bag off.  Run back and get the other sand bag and then bring it the 100 yards and stack it on the other one. Do 2 Body Builders then bring the sand bags one at a time back to their starting positionNow switch places with your battle buddy!!!

Battle Buddy 2 – AMRAP the following until your battle buddy has completed their task
10 Air Squats
5 Front Squats
10 Push Ups
5 Power Cleans


One minute rest after each battle buddy switch
