*Switch positions after partner 1 completes one round. If you finish the 100 Calorie Row before the 20 minute cap, bother partners work 1:1 on the set of Burpees, Box Jumps, and Swings. Complete one round while your partner rest, and get as many rounds as possible within 20 minutes.
