*This workout plays out 1:1. Partner 1 performs one thruster, while Partner 2 hold their barbell in the front rack position. Partner 2 then performs their rep, while Partner 1 hold the front rack position. Partner 1 then performs two reps, etc etc.

**Rest/put barbells down at any time, but perform 5 burpees over bar A PIECE before picking barbells back up.
