Max Rep Ground to Overhead, score is total load moved over the 4 minutes.
*Partners work 1 for 1 using two bars (if you require different weights). You pick your own weight. Use either the Clean & Jerk, or snatch to get weight from the ground to overhead. You may only perform 1 rep at a time, and must wait for you partner to complete their turn before you lift again.
For your score you will multiply your total reps by the weight on your bar. Add you and your partners individual scores together to get the total team score.

Matt and Brenton do synchro MB Cleans, and T2B, then on round 1 Brenton does all the strict pull ups. Round 2 Matt and Brenton do all the Synchro movements together, then Matt does the strict pull ups.
