AMRAP (with a Partner) in 15 minutes

Partner 1 – 250 Meter Row

Partner 2 – 2 Bell Front Rack Kettlebell Hold (35/26)

Partner 1 rows 250 meters while partner 2 holds 2 bells in the front rack position.  Switch places after rower completes 250 meters.  5 burpee penalty each time the kettlebells come out of the front rack position.

 

AMRAP (with a Partner) in 15 minutes
8 Power Cleans (115/75 lb), each
8 Overhead Presses (115/75 lb), each
10 High-Five Push-Ups

Partner 1 does the power cleans while Partner 2 completes the overhead presses. Partners must wait for each other to complete their 8 reps before they alternate exercises. Once both partners finish 8 reps of each, do 10 high-five pushups together. That’s one round.
