Push Up Progression

3 Sets

30 Seconds Plank

30 Seconds Ground Thumper

30 Seconds Rest

30 Seconds Box Push Up

30 Seconds Floor Push Up/Ground Thumper


Skill Work: Deadlift

  1. Foot position – hip width
  2. Hand position – thumb width from the outside of thighs
  3. Hinge at the hips
  4. Upper back is flat
  5. Load the hamstrings
  6. Raise the shoulders and hips together
  7. Stand to the upright position driving through your heels as you extend your knees

Practice on the 2 minutes for 10 minutes 5 reps deadlift.
