20 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (115/75 lbs)
20 Push Jerks (115/5 lbs)
20 Overhead Squats (115/75 lbs)
20 Front Squats (115/75 lbs)
4 Burpees at the top of each minute
Both partners do 4 burpees every minute, including at the start of the WOD, before continuing on to the barbell work. One partner works at a time, split reps however.
