If you are coming to the 9:00 workout let it be known that the Garmin Marathon will be starting and finishing at the Embassy Suites across the street (parking will be a challenge to say the least).  Travel via K-10 to Ridgeview Road, because the race route will be going south on Ridgeview and on College Blvd, long delays are expected.

100 Front Squats (95/65)
