As a 2 Person Team

 

Person 1 – 250 Meter Row

Person 2 – Start on 100 Reps of the Following Complex (95/65)

1 Deadlift

1 Squat Clean

1 Front Squat

1 Push Press

1 Push Jerk

 

Switch every 250 meters/Can’t put the bar down during the workout
