Partner Workout

 

Ladder Up by 2 for 15 Minutes (alternate exercise)

Burpee

Shoulder to Overhead (135/95)

Wall Ball (20/14)

Hang Power Cleans (135/95)

Slam Ball (30/25)

 

Rest 2 Minutes then ladder down by 2 from where you ended up for 14 minutes (alternate exercises).  Try to get back to zero.
