Partner Workout – Meet in the Lobby of HealthRidge Fitness Center at 9:00
10 Tire Flip Jump Throughs
400 Run (complete 6 vault and balance between exercises)
5 Chin Ups (10 hanging leg raises for those that can’t chin ups)
Partner 1 runs to the high bar to complete chin ups/leg raises
Partner 2 completes 10 tire flip jump throughs
After each partner completed their exercise station they run to the other one. Rinse and repeat for 30 minutes.
Record the number of tire flips and chin ups/leg raises.
