50 Box Step Ups 24/20
100 Air Squats
50 Ring Rows
300 Single Unders
50 Box Push Ups
100 Kettlebell Deadlifts 44/35
50 Strict Press 44/35
*200 Run to start the WOD, and a 200 run between each exercise.
