This WOD is for the friends we’ve lost, and those surviving and fighting MS on a daily basis. Honor them, their families, and their fight by coming and appreciating the movements that we might take for granted on a daily basis, in a new way.

AMRAP 35

50 Box Step Ups 24/20

100 Air Squats

50 Ring Rows

300 Single Unders

50 Box Push Ups

100 Kettlebell Deadlifts 44/35

50 Strict Press 44/35

*200 Run to start the WOD, and a 200 run between each exercise.
