then

Each partner completes 3 rounds in each position…

3 Rounds

Partner 1

2 Rounds of “Cindy”

5 Pull Ups

10 Push Ups

15 Air Squats

Partner 2 Front Rack Hold 135/95

then

50 Hang Squat Cleans 135/95

Durning phase 2, Partner 1 only advances reps while Parter 2 has the barbell in the front rack position. After partner 1 completes their 2 rounds of “Cindy”, switch positions. Once Partner 2 completes 2 rounds of “Cindy” you’ve completed 1 round- 2 more to go!
