80 American KB Swings 53/35 or Russian Swings

70 Wall Ball Shots 20/14

60 Pull Ups

50 Russian Twists (same kettlebell…don’t punk out)

40 Toes to Bar

30 Pistol Squats or Synchro Alt. Lunges

20 Handstand Push Ups or 20 Synchro Push Ups, high five every rep.

100 Double Unders EACH or 200 Singles EACH
