Friady’s WOD will be 21.1, so Thursdays for the following weeks of the open will be engineered to allow you to move and recover, and hopefully be ready for whatever the CrossFit Open brings our way.

Stretching:

Couch Stretch, pigeon pose, hamstring stretch, lat opener, overhead distraction.
