With a Battle Buddy
100 Heavy Deadlifts
Buddy 1 – start deadlifts
Buddy 2 – 5 burpees
Keep switching after 5 burpees until 100 deadlifts are completed
100 Push Press
Buddy 1 – start push press
Buddy 2 – 5 body builders
Keep switching after 5 bodybuilders until all 100 push press are completed
1 Mile Partner Run with Sandbag
Stay together and both buddies carry a bag.
