Starting in the gravel lot – travel the length of all the dip bars with just your arms
2 Grass Hill Runs
10 8-Count Body Builders (at electrical box)
5 Chin Ups
Balance Beam (if you fall off – run the course backwards and start over at the dip bars)
6 Vault
15 Burpees (in the gravel lot)
