100 Clean & Jerk, 185/125
*5 for 5. You do five, then your partner does five. Back and forth until you hit 100.
Latter down 10-9-8…2-1 of “suitcases” with a kettlebell 70/53. Stand with kettlebell in one hand. Dip you shoulder without bending your knees, like you were lifting up a suitcase. Then stand back up straight, focusing on the obliques. Switch hands, then repeat.
