*Heres the catch…both partners have a barbell. Partner 1 does 10 Push Press while Partner 2 Holds their barbell locked out overhead. Switch roles, then go to your round of 9s. So on and so forth until you hit 1. Obviously you can only advance in reps while the other partner has the barbell locked out overhead. Obviously.
