1 Mile Run

*The WOD will begin and end from inside the box. 3, 2, 1…Go, head outside via the front door, take a right and run the normal mile course. However, instead of re-entering the building through the front door, head to the back of the building via the gravel lot, enter the lap pool from the side door (proper open). For the final run, exit the pool and run the mile course in reverse direction, re-enter the building the way you begin, head to the box to complete the WOD.
