If you can Rx any rounds, do so for as many rounds as possible, then scale the workout for the remainder of the 30 minutes. Keep in mind if you scale, be careful with rescaling as that can lead to harming your muscles. If you have to go from Rx to scaled before the 10 minute mark, consider stopping at 20 minutes.
