Medball Butterfly Sit Ups
*after BOTH team members complete their double unders, move on to the sit ups. Sit ups are to be completed as follows: sit ups should be synchronized, while passing the ball back and forth between parters as you sit up. Face one another, sitting feet to feet.
Partner 3 Mile run, alternating every 200 meters. One person works, one person rests.
*Time for total workout include 3 mile team run.
