Battle Buddy – Bring Your Weight Vest

1 Mile Run – together with weight vest
100 Pull Ups (1:1)/Ring Rows (3:3)
200 Push Ups (5:5)/Incline Ring Push Ups (5:5)
300 Prisoner Squats (10:10)
1 Mile Run – together with weight vest
400 Bear Crawl (2x around the track)

Switch as needed on the pull ups push ups, prisoner squats and bear crawl
